I am a 19 year old guy wanting to ask a girl who is 23 out. What should I do?
I met this girl as a subject for a sleep study and she is the researcher. I took a liking to her almost right away. The only problem is, I have limited time to spend with her, seeing as I am only a subject and only come in to the lab once every approximately 2 weeks. I was just wondering if anyone had an answer. Oh, and a second thought, is she too old for me?

as a 23 year old woman (as of tomorrow) I wouldnt date a 19 year old…but I never dated younger guys…I ranged from my age to 10 years older…but never younger. Not that I wouldnt date a younger guy but the 4 years from 19 to 23 is a big gap.
ok…so how to do it…go to the study an ask her to get a bite afterward…easy. If she says she cant hand her your phone number (I know she already probably has it but this is just a gesture that lets her know you are serious) and say that if she ever wants to make plans to call you. If she says she cant becuase she is busy, then ask if she wants to hang out another time. If seh says yes…thats awesome!

PS…I’m dating a guy whos a year younger, and before that a guy who was 7 yrs older, and before that, one who was 8 yrs younger – age is nothing – its all about attitude and maturity)

I honestly think that age is just a number! Make time to spend with her. If you noticed right away that something was there go after it! Stick with your gut, my brother liked a girl older than him acutally the same amount difference and they are engaged! Keep your hopes up!

Sorry I’m just a man…. I don’t think she is too old for you but I guess most women of that age think it’s better going out with someone of their age or older. Doesn’t mean you cannot try since she may be different. You have little to loose and probably much to win.
I would make sutil compliments to her try asking her if she has someone in her life. If she has no one, I’d invite her to do something relax such as a drink or a walk.

Well, given the fact that you "like" her but give no details as to why or whether you two have really interacted, I can’t say what you should do.
As for the four-year age difference, just ask yourself what the age difference will be in 20 years.
