32 weeks pregnant with twins and just wanting to know when they will induce me?
i am 32 weeks pregnant with twins and i just wanted to know how many weeks do you have to be before doctors will induce you without you requesting it?
This is something you will want to discuss with your doctor. He/she is going to know your medical history and can answer this better than anyone on Yahoo! Answers. If you or your babies are not having any medical concerns than it is possible that no induction will be necessary. Induction is an interference with the natural process of labor and child birth. In the case of medical complications induction can be quite helpful, but if no complications are present or suspected it usually isn’t necessary to use any form of inducing. It is not uncommon for twins to arrive before 40 weeks or even be born premature (prior to 37 weeks). Generally speaking babies born at or after 37 weeks are considered full-term and inductions can usually take place by then when they are needed. Some doctors will OK an induction if mom asks for it, but many refuse to induce without a medical reason until after 40 weeks.
they usually will induce you at 36 weeks or so but it depends on how you are doing but you will just have to talk to your doctor
