So the above mat sound odd but I am looking for another person who is trying to lose weight like I am help me set up a food and work out plan. Someone I could possible e-mail weekly-daily..

I work full time and I am in college so it gets pretty hard.
Hey girl! I’m 18 years old and I’ve been dieting for the passed month (4-5 weeks) and have lost 18 pounds, so hopefully my workout/dieting ways may help you!!
First and foremost, I am on a low calorie diet. My calorie intake is no more than 1000-1100 calories a day! Also, I cut out junk food COMPLETELY and the ONLY thing I drink is water. I also cut down my portions. I use to eat two slices of pizza, now i only eat one. I use to eat 2 bowls of cereal, now I only eat 1, etc. Don’t skip meals, my doctor informed me that actual makes losing weight harder! Try and eat at least 3-4 small meals a day! It’s hard at first and I felt so hungry for the first week or so, however, once my body adjusted not only was I starting to look better, I felt better too, so trust me its worth it!
My exercising varies. I get bored easily so I like to change it up.
I also have no money to use a gym, so i simply work with what I got.
Put on some of your favorite music and dance around your room for an hour or two a day! It sounds silly but it works!! If your heart rate is elevated and your breaking a sweat, your losing weight!!
I also walk at my local park and sometimes around my neighborhood. I alternate between a brisk walk and a slow run every day! Keep in mind, if you’re wanting to lift weights and such, you’ll be building muscle, which may even make you gain some weight! I suggest doing a lot of cardio/aerobics. ANYTHING that elevates that heart rate!! IF YOUR NOT SWEATING ENOUGH YOUR NOT LOSING ENOUGH! Honestly though, like i said, walking a couple miles a day helped me lose most of my tummy weight so far.
Also, if your hungry and want a snack, eat some applesauce with cinnamon mixed into it! Cinnamon has been proven to help speed up your metabolism!
Also, don’t eat after 7:00 pm!!

My weight before I started losing was 211, and so I’ve dropped 18 pounds in a little over a month!
My goal weight is around 150.
