looking for software to measure the usage of my internet?

We’ve got really crappy internet in our house. So my dad and I are always fighting because he thinks I use all the bandwidth (not sure if it’s the right word). The problem is, that my dad’s pc is very old, but instead of blaming it on his pc, he blames it on me.

So does anyone know if there is a program to measure the bandwidth usage of all the devices that are connected to our router? That way I can prove that it’s not my fault.
