Looking for a great eyeliner available from a drugstore.. what would you recommend? ?

I have been told to use either Dior or Too Faced Lava Gloss, however, I live in a smaller town and i don’t feel like driving 45 minutes to buy eyeliner. So i’m looking for something i can get at Walgreen’s, Rite-Aid, Meijer and such.

Also i really need to know why you like it and if it goes on smoothly.

Thanks in advance.

(previously used covergirl and i hate it, btw)

Revlon Colorstay eyeliner
stays on for a long ass time
and it goes on smooth
but they don’t have very many colors

  6. My top pick for drugstore is revlon colorstay. Colorstay is an automatic twist-up pencil. It stays on for the longest time, yet comes off easily, and applies very smoothly. The pigmentation is very good, and it can draw thick or thin lines very well. I got mine for 2 dollars at big lots on a trip across the border, but I think it retails for around 7-8 dollars at regular drugstores.

My next favourite is probably rimmel exaggerate. It stays on for a long time, gives great color payoff, goes on smoothly and is less expensive than revlon colorstay. However, I think revlon does beat rimmel’s in all categories still.

Since you clearly live in the States and I live in canada, I can’t give you all of the same prices and brands. But I hope i could help anyways!
